1. The service

VeloxVision AI is a financial analysis platform in the browser: market data, analyses, explanations and tools. Operator: [operator's name, address, e-mail – to be filled in].

2. Not investment advice

All data, calculations, analyses, AI answers and community content on the platform are informational – not investment advice, not an offer and not a forecast. You are responsible for your investment decisions; consult a licensed adviser where needed.

3. Account and licence

An account is created with a licence key issued by the operator. It is personal and not transferable; you are responsible for keeping your password secret.

The service is free at present; plans and fees will be announced in advance. We may suspend an account in case of abuse (e.g. automated overload, breach of these terms).

4. Data and sources

The data comes from public third-party sources (for example Yahoo Finance, BIS, Eurostat, FRED, the ECB), may be delayed and may contain errors; we take no responsibility for its accuracy.

You may use the data for personal, non-commercial purposes; redistribution is governed by the sources' own terms.

5. Community content

Community posts may not contain calls to buy or sell, price targets, promised returns, advertising, spam or unlawful or abusive content. The author is responsible for the content.

Content breaking these rules may be hidden or removed after reports.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for availability, completeness of the data or damages arising from them.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; material changes are announced on the platform. You can delete your account at any time (My account → Delete account).

8. Governing law
